【Responsibility】：

1. Prepare and develop hard and soft landscape detailed design packages and construction drawings packages from schematic design
2. Closely liaise and co-ordinate with in-house project team and consultant team for the development/preparation of the above packages and attend meetings as required for the satisfactory completion of the packages
3. Conduct site inspections and amend the construction drawings to suit for the site conditions for construction
4. Assist the project team for the preparation of in-house CAD standards
5. Assist the development of the in-house Building Information Model (BIM) team

【Qualifications】：

1. Degrees/Higher Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Architecture
2. Strong technical knowledge in landscape technology and details
3. Min. 4 years working experience in developing/preparing hard and soft landscape detailed design packages for tender documentation and working drawings packages for construction for both Hong Kong and China projects
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SKETCHUP/Photoshop
5. Knowledge of Building Information Model (BIM) modelling is preferable. Training will be provided if only basic knowledge is possessed
6. Strong communication and co-ordination skills
