The Henderson project is located in the heart of Hong Kong's central business district. The development is linked to adjacent public gardens and parks, leading to forest courtyards via pedestrian viaducts. This allows the outdoor areas to flow seamlessly into the public spaces inside. Designed by Zaha Hadid, the building is inspired by the structural form and layering of the redbud, which produces a very fluid and expansive landscaped space with plenty of natural light.
