Baiziwan Public Rental Housing Community is located in Guanghua Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, next to the Chemical Station of Metro Line 7. The project covers an area of 93,900 square meters, with a total construction area of 473,300 square meters. It consists of six small blocks enclosed, with a total of 4,000 households. This first social security housing designed and built by MAD Architects has been built since 2019, and nearly 3,000 residents have lived in it. It is called "the most beautiful public rental housing" by the majority of netizens.

As a landscape design unit, EADG Pan Asia International was recently invited by Muou Media to share the design concepts and feelings in the landscape plan of Baiziwan Community. In the designer's conception, the project breaks the stereotyped traditional community model and welcomes residents with an open community form of vertical living, allowing diverse spatial scales to be integrated into community life. This is different from the traditional real estate model, but an interpretation of a functional landscape that serves "people", and cooperated with MAD Architects to complete a practical exploration of urban community life and humane care, allowing residents to tear off the Identity label, let residence return to life.
