The project is located on Jinqiu Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, between the middle and outer ring roads, with superior education, medical and transportation resources. It is the latest residential work of the Longxiang brand developed by Dahua Group in Shanghai. The design content includes 3 plots, each of which is an independent residential area, with the opening of Jinqiu Road to the inside and the kindergarten site planning as the city exhibition hall and garden landscape demonstration area.

The exhibition area of the project condenses Longxiang's latest aesthetic awareness and product concept. The idea of poetic residence will be based on a solid historical heritage and the trend of the times; the design team has clearly defined a cultural spirit of acceptance and tolerance in the role setting of the project, accepting the genes of the past, awakening the city's self-awareness and self-confidence and tolerance of aesthetics.
