Project located at north of Changyi road and west of Fengshuo road, inherit of the high quality BRC Lincoln park serious, this is a brand new community with the concept of living in "Musical and Sports Forest".

The sample area contains a front plaza, simple artistic layout with geometrical shaped water feature, music fountains and decks; it is a combination of activities and showcases. There’s also a jogging path from north to south throughout the forest, alongside it, facilitated with drinking water station and high pressure cooling spray system; a proper starting point, mileage signs and night run guiding system, providing the community with a complete people friendly exercising environment.

In order to create a kids and family playing area, the designers studied different children age groups characteristics and activities, incorporating with the surroundings; we were able to provide a playground with fun, safe and caring for all age group.
