Wenzhou Kean University is located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou surrounded by tremendous natural landscape and iconic mountain and water scenery. The total planning area of campus is 200 hectares including phase one which will cover an area of 70.6 hectares.

The campus planning concept is based on “American style campus, mountain and water living

environment” and “2 axes, 1 core, 2 rings” as the major planning structure, which blends Western and Eastern style landscape well together and adapts sponge city ecological concept. Gateway park, central campus and living homeland are spread along the major axis from south to north which makes school campus, home and park as a whole. Wenzhou Kean University will be built as a multi-culture, innovative, ecological and world-class university.
