The Aquatic Park in Beijing was home to all Rowing and Whitewater Events for the 2008 Olympic. Following the winning of the international competition to design and build the centre, EADG have assisted the consortium in overall theming, planning, urban and landscape design. The project involves a newly created lake and purpose built whitewater facility, as well as spectator facilities and associated parklands. Construction was completed in 2007.
