Rose & Gingko Valley, Longfor Group, Shanghai

Based on previous experience of cooperation and collaboration with Longfor Group, EADG came up with the marketing concept of ‘Rose & Gingko Valley'. The site is comprised of a strip across the North and South axis and is divided into five themes from East to West: Clear Moon Creek, Rose Valley, Ginkgo Sidewalk, Purple Clove Promenade and Rose Ferry-path. Meanwhile, the site has been divided into five Mediterranean feature areas: Fragrant Province, Impressive Lemon Lake, Crete Legend, Tuscan Times and Bordeaux History.
